MEETING DETAILS

 

1.  NMOS has reserved two dorms at Camp Washington (10 people per dorm, barracks style) @ $12 per bed per night.  Reservations for these dorm beds are to be made through NMOS on a first come, first served basis (see Registration Form).

 

2.  For those not interested in this housing style, there are multiple hotels available in Carlsbad (about 20 miles away).  These include:

3.  NMOS has arranged with Camp Washington to have meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) available on site starting with a social (light refreshments) and dinner on Friday night, 4 May.  The price is $7.50 per meal.  Reservations for these meals are to be made through NMOS (see Registration Form).

 

4.  NMOS has arranged with Steve West to have Cave Swallow banding trips available on Thursday, Friday and Sunday evenings (3, 4 and 6 May) with a maximum of 14 people per trip, on a first come, first served basis (see Registration Form).  Details of time and meeting place will be posted on the NMOS website as available.
